Responsibilities

• Source business through DSA network and open market for Affordable HL & LAP
• Conduct credit appraisal, including income assessment, document verification, and financial analysis
• Maintain healthy portfolio quality through prudent underwriting and regular follow-ups
• Build and manage strong relationships with DSAs, builders, and channel partners
• Coordinate with internal teams for login, sanction, and disbursement processes
• Achieve monthly disbursement and sourcing targets
• Ensure compliance with credit policies and documentation standards
