As a fresher with a B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, you will generate leads, conduct market research, coordinate with field teams, and help close high-value opportunities while ensuring smooth order execution.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical is required.
• Fresher suitable for sales roles in electrical industry.
• Knowledge of Busbar Trunking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and promote Busbar Trunking solutions across segments to achieve business growth.
• Generate new business opportunities by market research, developing leads, and expanding the customer base.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to support field sales activities and close opportunities.
• Conduct regular product and sales training for the technical team and Relationship Managers to enhance product knowledge and selling capabilities.
• Achieve sales, GP, and inventory turnover targets through effective commercial planning and stock management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with principal brand partners while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution.
• Ensure timely payment collections, accurate documentation, and smooth order execution while maintaining operational and commercial excellence.
