Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required (BBA, B.Tech, B.A., MBA).
• 1-3 years relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Interpersonal, numerical and analytical ability.
• Decision making skills.
• Fluency in English and Marathi.
• Proficient in MS-Office (Excel, Word).
• Willingness for day shift (8 AM–6 PM) and 6-day work week.

Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities by spotting prospects.
• Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommend solutions.
• Outbound calling from data collected via lead generation activities and secondary sources.
• Daily follow-ups on older leads and work on new leads.
• Maintain quality service by upholding organisation standards.
• Be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales deals and generate revenue.
