Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships with banking channel partners (Branch Managers, Relationship Managers, Investment Advisors).
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned bank branches / clusters, ensuring consistent engagement and support.
• Execute structured engagement plans through regular branch visits, joint client meetings, and periodic business reviews.
• Enable partners through market insights, product positioning, and sales support to improve conversion.
• Share periodic updates on business performance, pipeline, and opportunities.
• Effective presentation and partner training capabilities.
• Ensure bestinclass sales support and partner experience.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, sales processes, and internal controls.
