Job summary

Bank Zone Staffing Solutions in Puducherry is looking for a sales-focused candidate to source customers for home loans, LAP and business loans. You will generate leads through direct sales, referrals and partner networks, assess customer needs and suggest suitable loan products.

You will manage the sourcing to disbursement process, build lasting relationships and strive to achieve sales and disbursement targets while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in HL/LAP/MLAP/MSME/business loan sales.
• Strong communication & sales skills.
• Target-oriented with good negotiation ability.
• Age limit: 22 to 32 years.
