Job summary

Bank Zone Staffing Solutions is seeking sales-driven professionals to source home loans, LAP and MSME loan opportunities and guide customers from inquiry to disbursement.

You will build relationships with customers, referrals, and partners, meet quarterly targets, and use strong communication and negotiation skills to close loans efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in HL/LAP/MLAP/MSME/business loan sales
• Strong communication & sales skills
• Target-oriented with good negotiation ability

• Source customers for home loans, LAP & business loans and generate leads via direct sales, referrals & partners
• Assess needs and suggest suitable loans, manage sourcing to disbursement, build relationships and achieve sales/disbursement targets
