Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets based on ANP (Annualized Premium) and case count.
• Acquire new customers through leads, referrals, and organic growth.
• Conduct customer meetings to understand needs and offer tailored insurance solutions.
• Follow Need-Based Selling principles.
• Upsell and cross-sell insurance products.
• Provide post-sales support and ensure timely policy issuance.
• Maintain regular engagement with allocated customers.
• Collaborate with supervisors for sales planning and execution.
• Forecast sales and manage the client database within the assigned territory.
• Please comply with the ISMS and data security policies.
