Policybazaar in Agartala/Siliguri is seeking a Relationship Manager (Field Sales Executive) to drive insurance sales in the assigned territories. You will meet targets, acquire customers, conduct client meetings, and build strong relationships while following ISMS data security practices.

Achieve Sales Targets based on ANP and case count.
Generate new leads via natural market, referrals, and the orphan base.

Ensure need-based selling and appropriate solutions.
Upsell & Cross-Sell to maximize revenue.
Provide post-sales service and timely policy issuance.
Maintain regular touchpoints and strong client relationships.
Coordinate with supervisors to plan and execute strategies.
Design and evaluate innovative sales strategies.
Maintain and grow customer database in the territory.
Follow ISMS compliance and safeguard data.
