Job summary

Aye Finance in Kekri, Rajasthan is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to drive secured loan opportunities (LAP) and expand our local lending network. You will build and sustain relationships with customers and partners while meeting sales targets.

Role involves end-to-end loan support, from lead generation and documentation to coordination with credit and operations teams, ensuring compliance and high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced market.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Business Development

• Generate leads for secured loans, especially Loan Against Property (LAP).


• Source business through direct sales, referrals, DSAs, brokers, and channel partners.


• Identify potential customers and convert leads into loan applications.


• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

2. Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers.


• Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.


• Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely service and support.


• Cross-sell other banking and financial products.

3. Loan Processing & Documentation

• Collect and verify customer documents.


• Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for loan processing.


• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.


• Track applications from sourcing to disbursement.

4. Credit Assessment Support

• Conduct preliminary assessment of customer eligibility.


• Analyze customer income, repayment capacity, and property details.


• Assist credit teams with required information for loan approval.

5. Portfolio Management

• Monitor the quality of the loan portfolio.


• Minimize delinquency and ensure timely repayments.


• Follow up with customers to reduce overdue accounts and maintain portfolio health.

6. Market Intelligence

• Keep track of competitor products, interest rates, and market trends.


• Identify new business opportunities in the local market.


• Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and market conditions.
