Job summary

Capri Global Capital (CGCL) in Hosakote, India is seeking a field-focused LAP RM/Sales Officer to generate new business through Micro LAP loan sourcing and to identify potential customers via direct sourcing.

The role requires handling the end-to-end sales process, advising customers on suitable loan solutions, and coordinating KYC and documents with cross-functional teams. A strong emphasis on relationship-building with customers and channel partners is essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle the complete sales process from lead generation to loan disbursement.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
• Conduct customer visits and coordinate for KYC, income and property-related documents.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Technical and RCU teams for smooth processing.
• Maintain regular follow-up with customers and ensure timely closure of pending documents.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, connectors and channel partners.
• Achieve assigned monthly business and disbursement targets.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, credit norms and compliance requirements.
