Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and customer service skills to support students and families effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written), with the ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple inquiries, follow-ups, and application timelines.
• Prior experience in counseling, sales, client servicing, or education consulting is beneficial.
• Ethical, detail-oriented, and committed to providing non-discriminatory, student-centered guidance.
• Ability to work on-site in Karthikapally and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from prospective students and families with professionalism.
• Follow up with leads to move them through the admission pipeline.
• Coordinate counseling sessions and program guidance for applicants.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM/internal systems and ensure data quality.
• Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners.
• Support events, seminars, and marketing activities promoting Insperion’s services.

Daily responsibilities include handling inquiries, maintaining accurate records in CRM or internal systems, following up with leads, and building strong, long-term relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners. The Relationship Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to support events, seminars, and marketing activities that promote Insperion’s services.

Qualifications
