Job summary

Cognus Technology Limited in Udaipur (India) is seeking a passionate Relationship Manager – Student Admissions Counselor to guide students through the college admissions journey. You will assess academic backgrounds, goals, and preferences to help select suitable countries, colleges, and programs, acting as a trusted advisor for students and families.

You will maintain ongoing communication, coordinate with universities, and manage admissions documentation, deadlines, and interview preparation

Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding international higher education options (e.g., USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.).
• Guide students in selecting suitable universities/colleges and programs based on their academic profile, budget, and career goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents through regular communication (in-person, phone, or online).
• Assist students with the complete admission process including applications, documentation, personal statements, and interview preparation.
• Keep up-to-date information on admissions policies, course offerings, scholarship opportunities, visa regulations, and deadlines.
• Coordinate with university representatives and attend education fairs, webinars, and training programs.
• Maintain student records and update CRM systems regularly.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly student conversion targets.
