Team Leader - Sales (Permanent on Role)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader - Sales to drive business growth, lead customer acquisition initiatives, and strengthen client relationships in the insurance broking domain. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, team leadership capabilities, and a customer-centric approach to achieving business objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline or equivalent degree.
• IRDAI BQP Certification or other insurance-related certifications will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

3-5 years of experience in Insurance Broking, General Insurance, Life Insurance, BFSI, or Financial Services Sales.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Experience in client acquisition, relationship management, and business development.

Prior experience in team handling, mentoring, or leading a sales team.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Sound knowledge of insurance products, broking processes, and regulatory requirements.

Ability to build relationships with corporate clients, channel partners, and decision-makers.

Target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven professional.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting.

Candidates from Insurance Brokers, Insurance Companies, Wealth Management Firms, NBFCs, Banks, and Financial Advisory Organizations will be preferred.

Immediate joiners or candidates serving up to 30 days notice period will be highly preferred.
