Job summary

Policybazaar is hiring a Relationship Manager for the Life Insurance Agency Channel in Lucknow. You will recruit, onboard and manage insurance agents, and drive health insurance sales through the agency network.

This field-sales role requires strong communication, local market access, and a target-driven mindset. You will train agents, develop relationships, and help achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in health/life/general insurance agency channel preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• CTC: Up to 8 LPA
• Travel Allowance: 5,000 per month
• GMC: 2 Lakhs
• Accidental Cover: 10 Lakhs
• Monthly Incentives: Up to 1 Lakh
