Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Palai. The Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their insurance needs, and recommending suitable health, personal accident, and travel insurance products. Daily activities include meeting prospective and existing customers, explaining policy features and benefits, assisting with proposal forms and documentation, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery. The role involves managing customer queries and concerns, supporting claims-related escalations, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the policy lifecycle. The Relationship Manager also works towards achieving sales and retention targets, collaborates with branch staff and agents, and adheres to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong customer relationship management and client servicing skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Sales, negotiation, and business development capabilities, including experience working towards targets in financial services or insurance.
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in explaining complex information in a simple, customer-friendly manner.
• Organizational and time-management skills, including handling multiple customer accounts, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.
• Basic understanding of health insurance products, coverage terms, and claims processes; prior experience in insurance or banking is an advantage.
• Comfort working with digital tools, CRM systems, and mobile or web-based sales platforms.
• Ability to work on-site in Palai, collaborate with branch teams and agents, and adapt to a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in any discipline; additional certifications in insurance, finance, or sales are beneficial.
