Job summary

RBL Bank through the Premier Banker Program seeks a Relationship Manager to source new-to-bank relationships and cross-sell wealth and business banking products. The role targets individuals and business owners and aims to achieve CASA and deposit targets.

The program offers a 2-month residential training with a stipend of ₹40,000 per month, and a starting salary up to ₹9 Lakh fixed CTC plus incentives. A fee of ₹1,60,000 GST is charged, with reimbursement after 1–2 years of service.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate with minimum 50% marks.
• Minimum 3 years of current sales experience in Banking, with total experience 4+ years.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio management and client profiling across products.
• Acquire new relationships through referrals and catchment mapping.
• Cross-sell engagement products (FD, RD, SIP, Locker, cards).
• Deepen portfolio with revenue products and ensure quality accounts.

Role Overview:

Relationship Managers will be responsible for generating revenue by sourcing new-to-bank relationships and cross- selling wealth and business banking products to individuals and business owners.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate (any stream) with minimum 50%
• Age: 25 to 35 years
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of current sales experience in Banking with an overall experience of 4+ years

Roles and responsibility:

• 1. Portfolio Management regularly contacting and meeting portfolio clients. Profiling the clients a various products. cross selling
• 2. Acquiring new relationships through references and catchment mapping.
• 3. Sourcing Family a/es to strengthen and enhance the relationship
• 4. Cross selling various engagement products- FD, RD, SIP, Locker, debit and credit cards and Third Party products.
• 5.Deepening of Portfolio by cross selling various revenue products like Assets, TPP and Liabilities.
• 6. Ensuring the customers are meeting the criteria for Aspire relationships sourcing quality a/cs
• 7. Achieving CASA and Total Deposit targets set for the Relationship Manager
• 8. Fee Revenue Fee revenue targets to be met by cross selling multiple product lines to all customers.
• 9. Mandatory certifications (AMFI and IRDA) and other internal training modules to be completed.
