Yes Bank Ltd. in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Corporate Banking Relationship Manager to advise clients on funding strategies and select optimal bank products to maximize ROI.

The role involves deal origination, credit structuring, and implementing financial solutions for large corporate clients. You will evaluate credit risk, cross-sell treasury and DCM solutions, monitor client performance, and expand wallet share while coordinating with operations for smooth transaction delivery.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on funding strategies and select bank products to maximize ROI.
• Originate deals, structure and obtain credit approvals and implement financial solutions.
• Evaluate credit/risk profiles and structure solutions (working capital, capex, off-balance sheet).
• Cross-sell treasury, liabilities, digital banking, DCM, syndications, corporate advisory.
• Monitor account performance and seek opportunities to expand wallet share.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth delivery of transactions.
• Support RM group with research on industries/clients/markets.
• Maintain deep knowledge of corporate banking products and the Indian market for MNCs.

Job description

• Manage a portfolio of MNC’s with key responsibilities including advising clients on funding strategies, choose between various Bank products ensuring maximum ROI for the Bank
• Responsible for deal origination, structuring, obtaining credit approvals and implementation of financial solutions for a portfolio of clients spanning the large corporate houses.
• Evaluating credit/risk profile of companies and structuring suitable financial solutions for them including working capital, capex financing, off-balance sheet finance, etc.
• Cross-selling products of the bank including - treasury solutions, liabilities, Digital Banking solutions, Debt capital market solutions, Syndications, corporate advisory, investment banking, corporate finance, knowledge banking, etc. Focus on liabilities, transactional banking, and opportunistically look at lending for well-priced deals.
• Monitoring the performance of the account client (financial performance etc.) on a regular basis.
• Actively and consistently seek an opportunity to expand share of wallet of the customer base
• Maintain ongoing contact with operations in order to ensure smooth delivery of transactions.
• Assist the Relationship Management Group in research and analysis on industries/clients/markets

• In depth knowledge of India market for Multinational Corporates/ New Economy Business/ GCCs/ etc
