Job summary

Yes Bank Ltd. in India seeks a senior professional to oversee Multinational & New Economy Corporates relationship banking.

You will guide funding strategies, structure credit solutions and drive revenue growth by cross-selling treasury, digital banking, and capital market services. The role requires 5–10 years of banking experience, with 3–5 years in RM for multinational/corporate clients, and a CA or MBA from a reputed institute.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of MNCs with key responsibilities including advising clients on funding strategies, choose between various Bank products ensuring maximum ROI for the Bank
• Responsible for deal origination, structuring, obtaining credit approvals and implementation of financial solutions for a portfolio of clients spanning the large corporate houses
• Evaluating credit/risk profile of companies and structuring suitable financial solutions for them including working capital, capex financing, off-balance sheet finance, etc.
• Cross-selling products of the bank including - treasury solutions, liabilities, Digital Banking solutions, Debt capital market solutions, Syndications, corporate advisory, investment banking, corporate finance, knowledge banking, etc.
• Monitoring the performance of the account client (financial performance etc.) on a regular basis
• Actively and consistently seek an opportunity to expand share of wallet of the customer base
• Maintain ongoing contact with operations in order to ensure smooth delivery of transactions
• Assist the Relationship Management Group in research and analysis on industries/clients/markets

Purpose of the Role - SECTION III: PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The primary purpose of the role is to plan, direct and control the Multinational & New Economy Corporates relationship-based banking activities of the Bank under the supervisions and direction of Team Leader. The position plays a key role in increasing sales and revenue through management of new and existing clients by selling /cross-selling wholesale banking products and services to Multinational & New Economy clients

SECTION IV: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & KPIS OF THE ROLE
