Job summary

Policybazaar is seeking a Relationship Manager (Field Sales Executive) to meet customers in person, assess their insurance needs, and recommend suitable insurance solutions. This is a customer-facing role that blends relationship building with consultative selling and field sales within the assigned territory.

You will work a six-day week with one fixed weekday off, travel 50–100 km daily, and conduct a minimum of three customer meetings per day.

About The Job

As a Relationship Manager( Field Sales Executive), you will meet customers in person, understand their insurance needs, recommend suitable insurance solutions, and help them make informed financial decisions. This is a customer-facing role that combines relationship building,consultative selling, and field sales operations.

Role Expectations

• Working Days: 6-day work week.
• Weekly Off: One fixed weekly off between Monday and Friday (no weekend offs).
• Travel: Daily field travel of approximately 50-100 km with-in the assigned territory.
• Customer Meetings: Minimum 3 successful customer meetings per day, subject to lead availability.
• Mobility: Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred for effective field mobility.
• Technology: Comfortable using smartphones, GPS navigation, and company mobile applications.

ISMS Responsibilities:

• Be aware and comply with the ISMS Policy, procedures and objectives;
• Actively participate in ISMS exercises;
• Request access to information access from their Team Leaders/ Executives;
• Report known and suspected security incidents to the IT Helpdesk;
• Protect secrecy of passwords; and
• Protect information assets used by them against compromise of assets
• confidentiality, integrity or availability.
