• Source MSE LAP business through open market channels and local references from the Gold Loan Branches
• Identify potential customers in SME/MSE segments and generate leads
• Evaluate customer requirements and provide suitable LAP product solutions
• Ensure proper documentation and smooth processing of loan applications
• Work closely with credit and operations teams for faster deal closures
• Achieve assigned business targets and contribute to overall growth
