Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in LAP, SME, Mortgage, Housing Finance, or Secured Lending.
• Experience in sourcing Small Ticket LAP business through channels and direct sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sourcing, acquisition and disbursement of ST LAP through direct sales, connectors, DSAs, and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly and annual ST LAP sourcing and disbursement targets.
• Acquire new customers through self-sourcing, referrals, connectors, and channel partners.
• Generate leads and build a strong local market network.
• Understand customer funding requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
• Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, Operations, and RCU teams for case processing.
• Ensure complete and accurate documentation before login.
• Track cases through approval and disbursement stages.
• Maintain healthy login-to-disbursement conversion ratios.
• Monitor early delinquency indicators and support collection efforts when required.

To drive sourcing, acquisition, and disbursement of Small Ticket Loan Against Property (ST LAP) business through direct sales, connectors, DSAs, and channel partners while maintaining portfolio quality and customer satisfaction.

• Achieve monthly and annual ST LAP sourcing and disbursement targets.
• Acquire new customers through self-sourcing, referrals, connectors, and channel partners.
• Generate leads and build a strong local market networks.
• Understand customer funding requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
• Conduct customer meetings, property visits, and initial eligibility assessments.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and business associates.
• Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the loan lifecycle.
• Collect and verify customer KYC, income, banking, and property documents.
• Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, Operations, and RCU teams for case processing.
• Ensure complete and accurate documentation before login.
• Track cases through approval and disbursement stages.
• Source quality business in line with company credit policies.
• Maintain healthy login-to-disbursement conversion ratios.
• Monitor early delinquency indicators and support collection efforts when required.
• Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

Intermediate /Graduate in any discipline with 2 to 6 years of experience in LAP, SME, Mortgage, Housing Finance, or Secured Lending.

Experience in sourcing Small Ticket LAP business through channels and direct sales preferred.
