Job summary

TVS Credit Services Ltd is seeking a regulatory/RBI compliance professional to monitor RBI guidelines, coordinate with process owners, and ensure timely implementation across the organization. The role involves reviewing proposals, advising on compliance aspects, and preparing policy documents for the compliance function.

The candidate should have 2–7 years of relevant experience, with strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills, plus the ability to prioritize multiple tasks

Responsibilities

• Monitor RBI guidelines and coordinate with process owners to ensure timely implementation.
• Review proposals and policy changes; advise on compliance implications.
• Prepare and review policy documents for compliance.
• Advise Board/committees on RBI compliances and prepare related paperwork.
• Prepare and submit returns to RBI and assist during audits/inspections.

Job description

Understanding and supporting in implementation and monitoring of the regulatory/statutory guidelines across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring RBI guidelines on an ongoing basis, intimating process owners on the requirements, clarifying dept/process owner queries, implementation of directions in coordination with process owners, ensuring compliance within timelines.
• Review of new proposals, new partner tie ups, process or policy change requests submitted by stakeholders and advise/guide the team on the compliance aspects.
• Preparing and reviewing of policy documents for compliance function
• Advising the Board and committees of the Board on RBI compliances and preparing applicable paperwork for the same
• Preparation and submission of returns to RBI or other applicable regulators and support during audits and inspection.

Job Requirements:

• Semi qualified or qualified CMA/CA/CS/Legal/MBA or Any other grad with relevant experience in regulatory / RBI Compliance
• 2yrs to 7yrs
