Job summary

Muthoot Capital is seeking a compliance professional with 3-5 years of NBFC experience to strengthen the Securities & Compliance function. The role reports to the Chief Compliance Officer and focuses on testing, reviews, risk assessments, RBI inspection support, regulatory interpretation, and vetting of processes and products.

Preference will be given to CMA qualified candidates. Based in Kerala, Ernakulam, this on-site role emphasizes regulatory adherence across NBFC operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Securities & Compliance in NBFC.
• Experience reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer.
• Knowledge of RBI guidelines and regulatory interpretations.
