Job summary

Antal International in Bengaluru is seeking a compliance professional to manage RBI circular dissemination to senior management and to develop and maintain regulatory checklists for NBFC operations.

The role involves coordinating with business teams, drafting policies, and ensuring compliance for new product launches, including digital lending partnerships. Strong communication and ongoing learning of regulatory laws are essential.

Qualifications

• MBA or CS degree required.
• 5-7 years total experience with minimum 3-5 years in Banks/NBFCs in regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Willing to continuously learn regulatory/statutory laws applicable to NBFCs.

Responsibilities

• Track and disseminate RBI circulars to senior management.
• Prepare and maintain checklists for regulatory implementation.
• Prepare regulatory decks for Board and committee updates.
• Coordinate with business teams to implement compliance requirements and provide advisory support.
• Oversee compliance for partnership products, including onboarding checklists for digital lending partners.
• Negotiate and follow up with stakeholders on compliance matters.
• Draft company policies and processes.
• Ensure all compliance checks are completed for new product launches.
• Support responses to RBI queries and other regulatory correspondence.
• Coordinate with Legal and Audit teams on compliance matters.
• Foster a compliance-focused culture within the company.
