Job summary

KMZ Services in Mumbai seeks an experienced compliance professional to manage RBI circular adherence, regulator communications, and risk assessments within the bank's compliance framework.

The role requires graduation with CA/CS/ICWA and 3–5 years of relevant experience; you will liaise with RBI DoS, ensure timely data submissions, and support dissemination of regulatory advisories to business units.

Qualifications

• Graduation with professional qualifications (CA/CS/ICWA).
• 3–5 years of experience in a commercial bank’s compliance, internal audit, or core risk management.

Responsibilities

• Zero errors in data and documentation submitted to the RBI.
• 100% on-time delivery of all returns and information requests on the DAKSH portal.
• Liaison with internal stakeholders to obtain information on time for RBI inspections and compliance.
• Timely analysis and dissemination of RBI advisories and circulars via DAKSH portal or email to MD secretariat.
• Speed of resolving ad-hoc queries raised by RBI officials and/or clarifications sought by internal departments.

Job description

Role -

• Ensure strict adherence to all circulars issued by regulators, guidelines, and regulatory frameworks. Act as the primary communication link between the banks internal verticals and the regulator, overseeing compliance risk assessments, managing Adhoc Queries raised by DoS -RBI under DAKSH portal.

Key Performance Areas

• Zero errors in data and documentation submitted to the RBI.
• 100% on-time delivery of all returns and information request/s on DAKSH portal
• Percentage of RBI inspection findings resolved within agreed timelines. Need to liaison with internal stake holders for getting requisite information on time.
• Average days taken to analyze and disseminate new RBI advisory, e-mail instructions and restricted circulars routed through DAKSH portal or over e-mail to MD secretariat to business units.
• Speed of resolving ad-hoc queries raised by RBI officials and/ or clarifications sought by internal departments .

Education: Graduation along with professional qualifications likeChartered Accountant (CA),Company Secretary (CS),ICWA,.

• Experience: Around 3-5 years (+) of experience within a commercial bank's compliance, internal audit, or core risk management function
