Job summary

Apollo Hospitals in Pune is hiring Staff Nurses for Cath Lab, Labour & Delivery (LDR), Operation Theatre (OT), Neuro ICU and Cardiac Care. This is a full-time, permanent role at a leading multi-speciality hospital.

GNM or B.Sc. Nursing with valid Maharashtra Nursing Council registration is required. 1–3 years of nursing experience preferred, with BLS certification; ACLS preferred. Rotational shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of nursing experience (experience in the relevant department preferred).
• GNM or B.Sc. Nursing with valid Maharashtra Nursing Council registration.
• Valid BLS certification; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to patients in your assigned department.
• Monitor vitals and patient condition, and report any changes immediately.
• Administer medications and IV fluids as per physician orders.
• Assist doctors in procedures, surgeries, deliveries or critical care, depending on department.
• Maintain strict infection control and sterile technique.
• Respond to emergencies and assist in resuscitation (BLS/ACLS).
• Maintain accurate nursing records and follow NABH/JCI safety standards.
• Educate patients and families on care and discharge instructions.
