A learning solutions company is seeking a training professional based in Ernakulam, India. The role involves delivering training sessions for various participants and tracking training effectiveness. Candidates should either have a BE/B.Tech with 3 years of experience or a graduate with 5 years in training and development, aged between 25 and 35. This position aims to enhance in-house training capacities and contribute to overall learning initiatives.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Training, Adult Learning & Development.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience for graduates.
• Age requirement: 25 to 35 years.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver trainings at various locations for specified participants.
• Complete the mandated training days prescribed by TMPVL.
• Compile and present training reports and track training effectiveness.
• Ensure training coverage aligns with KPIs and Training Need Analysis.

Job Description

• The incumbent is expected to deliver trainings at various locations for following participants – Dealer Internal Training Leads (Sales Coach), Dealer Front-end Sales Manpower and other critical profiles (as specified and informed by TMPVL)
• Complete the Man days of training prescribed by TMPVL
• Compile and Present Training Reports and tracking Training Effectiveness through Periodic Audits
• Ensure that training coverage is in line with KPIs and Training Need Analysis

Enhance in-house Sales Training capabilities by upskilling the Dealer Internal Training Leads (Sales Coach) and TSMs (TMPVL)

Qualifications

• Engineer Preferred (BE/B.Tech) – with min 3 years of relevant experience in Training, Adult Learning & Development
• Graduate – with min 5 years of relevant experience in Training, Adult Learning & Development
• Age : 25 yrs – 35 yrs
