Job summary

Flexi Careers India seeks a Training & Compliance Specialist to strengthen employee capability across the region by delivering structured training programs and ensuring adherence to RBI regulations and operational standards.

The role includes induction training, microfinance operations training, compliance awareness, field coaching, and MIS-driven planning and reporting to improve productivity and reduce audit observations.

Qualifications

• Graduate (Mandatory)
• Postgraduate / MBA (Preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in Microfinance / NBFC / Banking
• Experience in training or operations preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver induction training for new joiners
• Deliver functional training on microfinance operations, credit processes, disbursement and collections
• Facilitate refresher training programs based on performance gaps
• Provide training on RBI Master Directions for NBFC-MFIs
• Educate staff on MFIN Code of Conduct and Fair Practices Code
• Drive awareness on audit observations, compliance gaps, and fraud risks
• Identify training needs through field visits, audit findings, and business performance
• Align training plans with business requirements
• Conduct regular branch visits to evaluate staff performance
• Observe center meetings and provide on-the-job coaching
• Prepare monthly and quarterly training calendar
• Maintain training records and assessment scores
• Track effectiveness and submit reports
• Support implementation of new products and policy updates
• Ensure effective communication across branches
• Monitor training coverage and impact at branches

Training Delivery

• Conduct induction training for new joiners
