Qualifications

• 15–20 years of overall experience in private banks or large NBFCs.
• Experience in Sales & Collections, especially CV-related roles.
• Exposure to retail/microfinance product lines is desirable.

Responsibilities

• PBT for the region by driving sales, branches, and administration.
• Build a high quality loan portfolio across 3–4 areas.
• Achieve regional targets and monitor repayments and yield.
• Handhold branches in sourcing, collections and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with RBI policies and internal processes.

Zonal Head - Retail

Purpose of the role: The position has been created to enable clear focus on handling a Region for Retail/Micro finance/New product & To ensure sourcing/profitability/collection in the branches by maintaining high quality of portfolio as per company norms and process.

Key Responsibilities

PBT [Profit before Tax] for the Region / Division / Zone Manage the Branch’s in terms of Sales, Branch operations and administration.

• New Initiatives: Process/ People / Product/ Training & Hand holding the team
• Build a high Quality Loan portfolio for the division of 3-4 Areas.
• Responsible to Achieve targeted for the Region
• Track and Ensure Repayments of the Loan disbursed Maintain Manage & Deliver Branch productivity in the region for Micro finance/Micro LAP/HF/AGRI/New product
• Responsible acquit ion of recurring deposit for the bank through eligible micro finance members
• Responsible for sufficient manpower in every branch to achieve the desired results
• Handholding team of Branch Managers/Cluster Managers/Area Managers to achieve desired targets
• Field Visit with branch team members to handhold in sourcing & collection
• Responsible for sales team to high performance and be a team player
• To Build and Nurture team & enable them to achieve high performance
• Ensuring 100% compliance to policies & processes and all regulatory matters of RBI and other statutory bodies.
• Responsible for training team members on product & handhold

Desired Experience

• Number of years of experience (15-20 Years )
• Type of companies/sector worked for (Private commercial banks and large NBFCs)
• Responsibilities managed in the previous organizations (Primarily Sales & Collection function. Past experience on the sale & Collection side of CV.)
