The candidate will coordinate with Credit and Operations to ensure smooth processing from application to disbursement, mentor the team, and focus on overdue collections and revenue generation.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the sales target assigned.
• Managing the team of Relationship Officers.
• Acquire new clients and generate tractor loan business.
• Accountable for individual and team targets.
• Ensure team productivity and business growth.
• Motivate and train the team.
• Provide product training to current and new hires.
• Manage internal and external channels for expansion.
• Coordinate with Credit and Operations for loan processing through disbursement.
• Oversee overdue collections and revenue generation.
