Job summary

ACURA SOLUTIONS LTD is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive regional growth for home loan products across multiple cities including Hyderabad. The role requires strong leadership to manage branch teams, develop distribution channels, and ensure target attainment while coordinating with Credit, Operations and Collections.

The ideal candidate should have 12–20 years of experience, with at least 8 years in team handling, and a graduate degree.

Responsibilities

• Expand affordable market across the region and drive home loan sales and disbursements.
• Build and strengthen sales distribution through direct sources and DSAs.
• Lead, mentor and manage branch teams for effective business delivery; recruit talent.
• Monitor turnaround times from login to disbursement to improve processes.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations and Collections to maintain a healthy portfolio and low NPAs.

Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic professional to drive regional business growth, lead branch team and strengthen sourcing for home loan.

Key Responsibilities

• Expanding affordable market across region Drive sales and disbursement targets for home loans.
• Build strong sales distribution channel through direct source DSA.
• Manager and mentor the branch team for effective business delivery

• Monitor TAT from login to disbursement to improve the process
