Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. invites applications for a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth across the faade and building materials segments in Mumbai and Chennai.

You will lead regional sales operations, manage key client relationships, and coordinate project execution with internal teams. The role requires engineering or MBA background and 10–15 years in glass, faade, aluminium, or building materials, including at least five years of overseeing large regional projects

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow regional sales operations across assigned territory (Mumbai/Chennai).
• Develop and manage relationships with faade customers, architects, consultants, and developers.
• Drive project acquisition, execution, and revenue realization.
• Build and maintain CRM pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting.
• Ensure pricing discipline, margin protection, and timely collections.
• Oversee regional projects and coordinate with internal delivery teams.
• Track market trends and identify growth opportunities.
