Qualifications

• Engineering or MBA degree with relevant industry exposure.

• At least 5+ years managing regional projects with architects and developers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow regional sales operations across assigned territory.
• Develop and manage relationships with faade customers, architects, consultants, and developers.
• Drive project acquisition, execution, and revenue realization.
• Build and maintain a robust CRM pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting.
• Ensure pricing discipline, margin protection, and timely collections.
• Oversee key regional projects and coordinate with internal teams for delivery.
