You will lead regional sales operations, nurture relationships with architects, faade consultants, and developers, and oversee project execution in the façade and building materials sector. The role requires 10–15 years in the sector, with at least 5+ years managing large regional projects and collaborating closely with architects and developers to secure revenue and pipeline

Qualifications

• Engineering or MBA degree.
• 10–15 years in Glass/Faade/Aluminium/Building Materials industries.
• Minimum 5+ years handling large regional projects and liaising with architects, faade consultants, developers.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales operations across the assigned territory.
• Develop & manage relationships with faade customers, architects, consultants, and developers.
• Drive project acquisition, execution, and revenue realization.
• Build and maintain a robust CRM pipeline and accurate forecasting.
• Ensure pricing discipline, margin protection, and timely collections.
• Oversee regional projects and coordinate with internal teams for delivery.
