Job summary

Onsitego is seeking a regional leader to drive business strategy and execution for the Mumbai area, coordinating with the central team to meet revenue targets and expand the brand presence across service centers and partners.

The candidate will lead a regional team, analyze data to derive actionable insights, and implement campaigns to acquire customers while improving retention and service metrics.

Qualifications

• Strong business acumen and understanding of regional market.
• Prior experience in leading service/sales operations at large home appliances and digital devices organizations.
• Strong understanding of operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the regional business plan in coordination with central team.
• Deliver regional revenue targets.
• Lead local ATL and BTL campaigns to promote the Onsitego brand, increase awareness and acquire new customers.
• Improve customer retention and drive upsell/cross-sell on existing customer base.
• Manage a team of service coordinators and category managers to ensure delivery of service metrics (NPS, TAT, cost).
• Monitor team performance and develop KPIs; identify process gaps and remedial measures to optimize performance.
