Business Development and Account Management

• Identify, engage, and manage key architects, interior designers, and developers for project-based sales.
• Develop long-term relationships with top-tier architecture firms to ensure company is the preferred brand for premium tiles.
• Manage key accounts, track project pipelines, and ensure seamless execution from specification to order fulfillment.

Sales and Revenue Growth

• Achieve sales targets by securing specifications and driving direct sales through architects and developers.
• Present and promote company's tile solutions for high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, quality service, and client satisfaction.

Market Intelligence and Strategy

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to refine sales strategies.
• Provide feedback to the product development team based on architect and client preferences.
• Develop strategies to position company as a premium choice for luxury projects.

Networking and Brand Building

• Participate in architect and design community events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
• Conduct product knowledge sessions and presentations for architects and design firms.
• Build and maintain a strong industry network to generate new business opportunities.
