Job summary

GMC Consumer Brands invites applications for a State Business Director to drive sales and distribution across Punjab and Haryana for our new product lines in biscuits, confectionery, beverages and soaps.

You will build and manage a strong distributor network, lead Area Business Managers, set ambitious targets, review performance and ensure effective market execution through field visits and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• 4-10 years FMCG sales experience.
• Strong distributor network-building and team-management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership abilities.
• Highly target-oriented, commercially sharp and field-driven.

Responsibilities

• Payment follow-ups, outstanding receivables and timely collection of market dues
• Lead, manage and mentor the team of Area Business Managers (ABMs)

• Manage schemes, collections, stock rotation and distributor profitability
• Monitor competition and identify new business opportunities.
