Job summary

Talent Craft Mumbai is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for wastewater treatment chemicals to cover North India from Ludhiana/Chandigarh. You will develop and manage sales strategies for wastewater solutions and coordinate with technical teams to support customer trials.

The role requires 5-10 years in wastewater/water treatment chemicals and a chemistry degree. Extensive travel across North India is expected, with strong emphasis on building key customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Chemistry or related field is required.
• 5-10 years of experience in wastewater/water treatment chemicals is preferred.
• Candidates should have proven track record in regional sales and customer development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales for wastewater treatment chemicals and solutions.
• Handle ETP customers and develop new business opportunities.
• Manage key customers and achieve regional sales targets.
• Conduct customer visits, assess technical requirements, and coordinate trials and technical support.
• Build relationships with industrial customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with technical teams for product performance and support.
• Manage territory covering Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Ludhiana and Chandigarh.
