Job Description

This is a full-time role for Regional SalesManager.

• Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our products, resulting in new client development.
• Generate revenue from the assigned geographical location by implementing and executing strategies to achievesalestargets.
• Acquire new customers.
• Establish and nurture client relationships – build, maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
• Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, settingsalesgoals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts.
• Train, Lead, manage, and motivate theregional salesteam to achieve high performance and ensure that they are using effectivesalestactics to meet revenue objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment on objectives.
• Research client needs and identify how our solutions address them.
• Training session with users.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities - new products & new market generation.
• Identify knowledge/skill gaps within the team and develop plans for bridging them.
• Prepare and deliversalesforecasts, reports, and analysis tomanagement.
• Daily check-ins with MIS to set objectives and monitor progress.
• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.

• Train, lead team members and ensure that they are using effectivesalestactics to meet revenue objectives.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years’sales& marketing experience in PPE industry.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, businessmanagement, or related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of market, target client, product & competition.
• Proven track record of meetingsalesquotas.
• Proven experience in customer relationshipmanagement.
