Position Overview: We are looking for Regional Sales Managers with a proven track record in setting up and managing distribution networks. The ideal candidates will play a pivotal role in driving regional sales growth, expanding market penetration, and positioning our brand as a strong player in the wristwatch category.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and develop a robust distribution and retail network across the assigned region.
• Expand brand penetration and visibility in target markets through strategic channel development.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent business growth month-on-month.
• Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Provide regular market intelligence and feedback to management for product and marketing improvements.
