Job summary

Resguardo Industries Private Limited is seeking a Regional Sales Head to lead project sales of fire fighting and fire suppression systems across Bengaluru and South India. You will engage MEP consultants, design engineers, architects and PMC firms to get specifications at design stage and convert them into orders.

The role is consultant-led and front-end focused, requiring a strong network of regional contacts and a deep understanding of the design-to-t Tender process.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project sales or business development in fire fighting, fire suppression, fire alarm or allied MEP/building systems.
• Established network of MEP consultants and design engineers in South India.
• Strong grasp of fire protection standards and the specification-to-tender process.
• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred; MBA an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build and own relationships with MEP consultants, design engineers, architects and project consultants across the region.
• Get products specified during the design and planning phase, before tendering.
• Develop a project pipeline across commercial, industrial, healthcare and hospitality segments.
• Run technical presentations, consultant seminars and product approval sessions.
• Work with engineering and project teams to convert specifications into orders.
• Track competitor activity, pricing and approval status across live projects.

Resguardo Industries is hiring a Regional Sales Head to drive project sales of fire fighting and fire suppression systems across Bengaluru and South India, working through MEP consultants, design engineers, architects and PMC firms.

This is a consultant-led specification sales role. You will own the front end: getting our fire suppression and fire alarm systems specified at the design stage, building the consultant and contractor network that puts us on tender lists, and converting those specifications into orders.
