Job summary

Spanner Moto Private Limited is seeking an hands-on Operations Leader to oversee automotive service across multiple workshop locations in Chennai. You will travel between branches to drive operational excellence, coach Workshop Managers and technicians, and ensure SOP compliance and consistent service standards.

You will work with the Founder Director to build a scalable workshop network, monitor KPIs for productivity and service quality, support recruitment and performance management, and

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in automotive service operations or multi-location workshop management.
• Hands-on leadership with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Willing to travel extensively across Chennai and spend time at workshop locations.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and develop workshop teams.
• Process-driven with focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Experience in managing KPIs, productivity, and service quality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting.
• Valid two-wheeler driving licence; own a vehicle.
• Experience in the two-wheeler automotive industry will be an added advantage.
