Job summary

RIZE @ PEOPLE KONNECT PRIVATE LIMITED in Mumbai is seeking a dynamic professional to drive ETF and Index Fund business and grow AUM across the region.

You will develop and maintain relationships with MFDs, RIAs, distributors, brokers, and channel partners, while onboarding digital platforms and fintechs to expand passive product distribution.

Qualifications

• Drive ETF & Index Fund business and AUM growth across the assigned region.
• Develop and manage relationships with MFDs, RIAs, distributors, brokers, and channel partners.
• Identify and onboard digital platforms, fintechs, online investment platforms, and new-age distribution channels.
• Strong existing connects/tie-ups with digital platforms is highly preferred.
• Build strategic alliances and drive new partnerships to expand passive product distribution.
• Conduct product campaigns, partner meetings, training, and workshops.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Technology, and Compliance teams for smooth execution.
• Track AUM, sales performance, MIS and market share and identify growth opportunities.
• Train and support RMs on ETF/Index Fund products and passive market development.
