• Branch level RM Training and support system development milestones, building product proficiency in RMs of Sales vertical.

Job description

This is a specialist role for passives to drive passive AUM growth in zone (indirect influence metric). Focus on building scheme level AUM month on month basis. Handling multi-department queries is critical parameter.

• Develop & build Distributor base, conduct training on product level, Drive product campaigns across the region. Add new distribution setup to the channel.
• MIS accuracy & timeliness, CRM discipline. Identify sales gaps with the help of MIS and implementing solutions to bridge them.
• Branch level RM Training & support system development milestones, Building product proficiency in RMs of Sales vertical.
