Role & responsibilities
Operations Management
Oversee end-to-end ambulance operations across assigned region
Ensure smooth functioning of emergency services with adherence to SLA standards
Monitor operational efficiency and implement process improvements
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and government guidelines
Team Management
Lead and manage regional teams including field staff and supervisors
Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews
Mentor team members and drive performance excellence
Ensure adequate staffing and resource allocation
Vehicle Management
Monitor ambulance fleet availability and utilization
Ensure timely maintenance and servicing of vehicles
Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and procurement
Track fuel efficiency and cost optimization
Performance Monitoring & Evaluation
Track KPIs and operational metrics
Conduct performance evaluations of team members
Identify gaps and implement corrective actions
Prepare operational and performance reports
Vendor Management
Manage relationships with vehicle vendors and service providers
Ensure vendor compliance with service standards
Negotiate service contracts and monitor vendor performance
Government Liaison
Maintain strong working relationships with government officials
Coordinate with state authorities for operational requirements
