Job Title: Operation & Network Executive

Reports to: AGM- Operations

Salary Range: 4-5 LPA

Job Summary

The Operations & Network Executive will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day operational activities, coordinating between ambulance operators, users, and the call center team to deliver reliable and timely services. The role involves expanding the ambulance network, onboarding and training partners, monitoring trip performance, handling payments follow-ups, resolving operational issues, and supporting negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Locate and interact with private ambulance operators in identified cities to expand the ambulance network.
• Train the ambulance owners and their staff to perform ambulance trips using the company mobile app.
• Interact with the call center for regular ambulance trips.
• Follow up with ambulance operators and users for any payments owed to the company.
• Assist the call center in negotiating rates with ambulance operators for various trips or events.
• Monitor the progress of critical trips, especially outstation trips.
• Interface with users, call center, and ambulance owners/staff to resolve issues.
• Escalate issues beyond control to senior management in a timely manner.
• Attend mandatory meetings and provide status updates on activities.
