Job summary

Role & responsibilities

Operations Management

• Oversee end-to-end ambulance operations across assigned region
• Ensure smooth functioning of emergency services with adherence to SLA standards
• Monitor operational efficiency and implement process improvements
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and government guidelines

Team Management

• Lead and manage regional teams including field staff and supervisors
• Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews
• Mentor team members and drive performance excellence
• Ensure adequate staffing and resource allocation

Vehicle Management

• Monitor ambulance fleet availability and utilization
• Ensure timely maintenance and servicing of vehicles
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and procurement
• Track fuel efficiency and cost optimization

Performance Monitoring & Evaluation

• Track KPIs and operational metrics
• Conduct performance evaluations of team members
• Identify gaps and implement corrective actions
• Prepare operational and performance reports

Vendor Management

• Manage relationships with vehicle vendors and service providers
• Ensure vendor compliance with service standards
• Negotiate service contracts and monitor vendor performance

Government Liaison

• Maintain strong working relationships with government officials
• Coordinate with state authorities for operational requirements
• Participate in review meetings and audits
