Job summary

GVK Emergency Management and Research Institute (GVK EMRI) seeks an operations leader to oversee 108 Ambulances and 112 FRV within the assigned district(s) of Rajasthan. The role requires guiding 150–200 operations staff, building strong partner and government relations, and ensuring timely, high-quality patient care.

You will ensure SLA adherence for quarterly district-level reviews with District Collectors, manage escalations, and drive training and public engagement programs to strengthen 108

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Operations of 108 Ambulances and 112 FRV in assigned district(s).
• Provide leadership to 150–200 employees in operations.
• Manage partner relations and government relations in districts.
• Adhere to SLAs for Executive Committee meetings with District Collectors and represent GVK-EMRI GHS in review meetings.
• Handle operations issues and escalations from key stakeholders.
• Maintain hospital relations to ensure prompt patient care from 108 ambulances.
• Optimize resource utilization, manpower planning and fleet management for maximum ambulance uptime.
• Motivate field manpower for smooth operations and cordial media relations with periodic press meets.
• Develop EM training programs and coordinate brand awareness/public engagement activities.
• Identify and develop new vendors in district operations and manage vendor relations for smooth operations.
• Drive initiatives to strengthen operations and disseminate MIS reports.

Job description

1. Responsible for Operations of 108 Ambulances and 112 FRV in the assigned district(s).
2. To provide leadership to 150 to 200 employees in the area of operations
3. Responsible for Partner relations, leveraging Govt Relations in the Districts.
4. Adhere to SLAs on conduct of Executive Committee meeting with the District Collector(s), once in every quarter and also represent GVK -EMRI GHS, in all review meetings in the District conducted by Govt. Authorities.
5. Handling operations issues and escalations from key stake holders in the District.
6. Maintaining good Hospital Relations to ensure prompt care of patients taken by 108 ambulances.
7. Responsible for handling maximum emergencies possible in the assigned territory through the optimum utilization of available resources through proper manpower planning & positioning, better fleet management to ensure maximum uptime of ambulances.
8. Effectively manage and motivate Field manpower for smooth operations.
9. Ensure cordial relations with the Media, conduct Press meets periodically and ensure optimal media coverage about 108 services in the assigned area of operations.
10. Develop comprehensive plans to conduct EM training programs in the assigned territory.
11. Responsible for conducting brand awareness campaigns/activities/public engagement activities Presentations, Events, co- branding etc .
12. Identify and develop New Vendors (Fleet, Fuel, Oxygen) in district/ assigned area of operations and effectively manage vendor relations for smooth operations.
13. Driving Key Initiatives for strengthening operations.
14. Handling & dissemination of MIS reports.

Required Candidate profile
