Job summary

SBI Pension Funds Private Limited in Kolkata seeks a driven sales professional to lead NPS initiatives across corporate, retail and government sectors. You will design onboarding plans, conduct awareness sessions, and strengthen SBI Group relationships in your region.

You will mentor a team, drive targets across channels, and present to senior leadership while identifying new opportunities to grow market share and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage NPS business across Corporate, Retail & Government sectors.
• Work on sales plan and achieve onboarding subscriber targets under corporate, retail with SBI PF POP and PFM.
• Conduct sessions in government offices for NPS awareness and onboard subscribers with SBIPF PFM.
• Engage and strengthen SBI Group relationships mapped to the region.
• Lead a team to manage different verticals, mentoring and monitoring to achieve targets across channels.
• Achieve targets across different segments for the region and increase SBI Pension Funds market share.
• Meet HR Head/C&B Head/Finance Head/CXO or relevant authority, organise NPS awareness sessions in corporate/PSU/government offices and design NPS implementation plan.
• Conduct online/in-person presentations to senior management/employees.
• Improve marketability and profitability by researching new opportunities.

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• The candidate is required to manage NPS business across the sectors: Corporate, Retail & Government.
• The candidate is required to work on sales plan and achieve target pertaining to onboarding subscribers under corporate, retail with SBI PF POP and PFM respectively.
• The candidate has to conduct sessions in the government offices for creating NPS awareness and onboard the subscriber with SBIPF PFM.
• The candidate will also need to regularly engage and strengthen the relationship of SBI Group mapped to his/her region.
• He/ She would be assigned team to manage different verticals and he/she needs to provide guidance to the team. He/ She will be responsible for mentoring and monitoring the team under him/her to achieve target across different channels.
• Candidate would be responsible for achieving the targets assigned across different segment for his/her respective region and increase market share of SBI Pension Funds.
• Meet HR Head/ C&B Head/ Finance Head/ CXO/ relevant authority/ organise Nodal office NPS awareness sessions in the corporate/ PSUs/ Government offices and design NPS implementation plan.
• Responsible for conducting online/in-person presentations to senior management/employees.
• Improve marketability and business profitability by researching, identifying and capitalising on new opportunities.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management.
