Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD, PHR, SPHR) is an advantage.
  • 510 years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that support organisational goals.
  • Provide proactive HR guidance and solutions to improve business performance.
  • Analyse workforce data and HR metrics to support informed decision-making.
  • Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning.
  • Identify high-potential employees and support career development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development to address capability gaps.
  • Drive the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
  • Coach managers on performance improvement and employee development.
  • Advise managers and employees on employee relations matters.
  • Investigate workplace concerns and recommend appropriate resolutions.
  • Promote a positive employee experience and foster an inclusive workplace culture.
  • Partner with Compensation & Benefits teams on salary reviews, incentive programmes, and market benchmarking.
  • Provide recommendations aligned with business needs and organisational policies.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, labour regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support audits and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and analyse survey results.
  • Develop action plans to improve engagement, retention, and organisational culture.
